Background Exceptions: Background elements derived from the public domain or historical artwork belong to the public domain. For select older images or backgrounds (especially the older Bird soft toy parody image backgrounds) not produced by Aksat Upadhyay, their ownership resides with the original creators, and no standalone claim is made to those specific background files.

Any creative content on this website, may it be Essays, Bird 'Images', Photography, or any other future creative endeavour, does not, and will never take the help of generative AI in any way or form. Everything is human made, so it may be a little wrong, or a little imperfect, but it is human made.
But in being transparent with the use of AI in creative works, I must be honest and declare the mundane, non creative parts of the website where I took assistance from an AI Model (it was mostly for fixing code, as I do not know how to code).
• Help was taken in the Javascript code for the 'Copy Email' button on the Contact Page.
